Companies subject to the whistleblower laws must have their whistleblower policy in place by 1 January2020.

ASIC has released its final guidance on corporate whistleblower policies, RG 270. Using the information in RG 270, wecreated a summary table on the required content for a whistleblower policy and other “good practice” tips from ASIC. You can download it here.

RG 270 also includes examples which may assist in preparing the policy.
