Our latest free quarterly update can be downloaded here.

The big news in the last quarter is the decision to wind back responsible lending. This and many other regulatory developments in recent months flow from the ongoing impact of the response to COVID-19.

Looking to the future, the Consumer Data Right rollout continues, and the Senate committee on fintech and regtech has released its report. There is also a new inquiry into the regulatory framework for financial services regulation, another outcome from the Banking Royal Commission.

We hope you find the update useful.
